Emma G
CEO and co-founder of Good American. Founding partner Skims.Fundraising
I'm Emma Grede — an entrepreneur, brand builder, and executive who’s spent my career breaking down barriers and building businesses that matter. I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of Good American, a brand I launched with Khloé Kardashian to redefine what inclusive fashion really looks like. We made $1 million in sales on our first day because we dared to do what others wouldn't: design for every woman, not just a select few. I’m also a Founding Partner of SKIMS, where I work alongside Kim Kardashian to disrupt the shapewear and apparel space with a focus on innovation, inclusivity, and serious staying power. Beyond business, I'm passionate about real, systemic change. As Chairwoman of the 15 Percent Pledge, I advocate for major retailers to commit at least 15% of their shelf space to Black-owned businesses — pushing for equity not just in words, but in action. I also proudly serve on the board of Baby2Baby, supporting children living in poverty across the U.S. I believe in building things that last — brands, communities, opportunities — and I never shy away from a challenge. Whether it’s sitting in the Shark Tank chair, launching a movement, or scaling a company to the top, I show up with the same mindset: big vision, bigger action.
